Your insurance plan may or may not provide reimbursement for nutrition services. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider regarding your nutrition coverage. Please use this guide to help navigate this process. If we currently do not participate with your insurance plan, or if there is a question of nutrition services not being covered, we can provide you with a "super bill" you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
