Nutrition Services

Our team of registered dietitian nutritionists provide supportive and compassionate care to individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. We use an intuitive eating, anti-diet, and weight inclusive approach in treating clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, and other nutrition-related concerns. We collaborate closely with all members of the treatment team to provide a unified and individualized treatment plan.

We provide individualized medical nutrition therapy for:
  • Eating Disorders: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, Acute Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Otherwise Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder (OSFED)
  • Food related issues that may occur with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety Disorder and Depression
  • Neurodivergent adults and children with feeding challenges.
  • Selective Eaters (this includes sensory concerns, aversion to foods etc)
  • Specialized treatment for child and adolescent growth and development.
  • Gastrointestinal disorders & gut health, specifically related to feeding and eating disorders
  • Women's health conditions such as PCOS and eating disorders
  • We also treat other medical nutrition conditions

Initial Visit:
Our approach is very individualized depending on reason for visit, age, severity of illness, etc.
What you can expect:
  • obtain a detailed history from the patient and/or parent/family members
  • assess current nutritional concerns
  • provide nutrition education
  • develop goals unique to you
  • build rapport
Length of visits are ~60-90 minutes. It is recommended that you arrive 15-20 minutes early for your initial nutrition appointment.

Follow Up Visits:
Follow up appointments are strongly recommended to help:
  • monitor progress
  • address obstacles and struggles that may have occurred
  • provide ongoing education
  • continue to establish a rapport and trust with you
Length of visits are ~30-60 minutes and length of time between sessions will be assessed based on treatment approach.
