Adriana Brayman is the owner and lead dietitian for Unconditional Nutrition with 2 office locations on the historic main street of East Greenwich, RI and in historic Downtown Westerly RI.
Adriana graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors Degree in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship, specializing in pediatrics, at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford, Connecticut . She has been a practicing dietitian since 2003, with extensive clinical pediatric and adult nutrition experience with a specialty in eating disorders. Adriana was the senior pediatric dietitian and inpatient and outpatient eating disorder dietitian at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, RI. At Hasbro, Adriana had the opportunity to work closely with Brown University medical residents and interns to train them on the importance of nutrition intervention for eating disorder patients. In 2009, Adriana relocated to Fairfield County Connecticut where she furthered her career at Silver Hill Hospital. There, Adriana was responsible for leading the eating disorder program at one of the nation’s most prestigious psychiatric hospitals. At Silver Hill, Adriana enhanced her knowledge and work experience through treating adults with dual diagnoses such as bulimia nervosa and substance abuse disorders. She was also the primary dietitian at One Source Nutrition. This was a private practice based in Stamford, CT where she worked with clients with nutrition-related physical conditions/diseases. During this time, Adriana also dedicated her time working with infants from the age of one to three as the early intervention nutritionist in Fairfield County. There, she worked with many toddlers with selective eating concerns, developmental delays, and/or medical conditions. Adriana and her family moved back to Rhode Island in the summer of 2011 to be close to family and the ocean! Upon her return, Adriana was eager to start her own private practice and was excited to contribute to the community that she grew up in. Adriana opened Unconditional Nutrition RI in October 2011. Adriana's diverse work experience, coupled with her passion to help individuals struggling with their relationship with food, has allowed her to develop a successful approach to help client’s succeed with their recovery. Adriana is CEDRD credentialed - Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitians are experienced nutrition therapists who have met rigorous educational and skill requirements, have accumulated a minimum # of hours of qualifying work experience, and are committed to stay abreast of current eating disorder knowledge. Adriana is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (see Resources tab for more details on Intuitive Eating), HAES informed, and an active member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health. She is also one of the original chairs of the IAEDP RI chapter. Caitie Koniarczyk, RDN, LDN, CEDS |
Caitie is a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in food science and human nutrition. Caitie completed her dietetic internship at Tri-County Health Department in Denver, CO with a focus on pediatric nutrition and public health. Caitie has worked in a variety of settings including clinical nutrition, eating disorder recovery, community health promotion, and school nutrition programming. Caitie relocated to the East Coast from Colorado in 2019 and has enjoyed the opportunity to join the community of eating disorder professionals in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Caitie joined Unconditional Nutrition in the summer of 2020 to support clients in eating disorder recovery and creating a healthy relationship with food. Caitie is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor*, and a HAES informed provider. She is available for individual nutrition counseling, food exposure exercises, and ongoing support during recovery.

Shannon earned her degree in dietetics from Idaho State University in 2009 and completed her internship in 2010. Throughout her career, she has worked with adults providing diabetes education; as the first mate and chef on a sailing vessel providing individualized meals while under charter; and has worked with adolescents in the treatment of eating disorders at the Adolescent Medicine Clinic at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. She has worked part time in the Hasbro Partial Hospitalization Program for eight years providing nutrition education as part of the multidisciplinary team. This collaboration and approach to supporting the family as a unit has led her to pursue private practice and to continue to help families navigate nutrition restoration. She joined Unconditional Nutrition RI in July 2021. Her approach to food and nutrition aligns with the Family-Based Treatment model, Health At Every Size, and Intuitive Eating. She is working towards getting credentialed as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.

Danielle Luther-Loss is a dedicated and passionate Registered Dietitian who brings a wealth of experience to her work. Danielle graduated from Purdue University in December 2004 and became a dietitian in 2006. Danielle's own lived personal experience with disordered eating gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the healing process, and she is committed to using her knowledge to positively impact the lives of those in need.
Danielle recognizes that nutrition plays a crucial role in mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and she remains fascinated by the subject to this day. She is excited to bring her experience, knowledge, and passion to a professional setting, where she can help clients achieve a holistic approach of a non-diet, weight inclusive experience to healing and optimal health. Danielle's education and personal experience will be invaluable in connecting with clients and providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. Myrese received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut and a Masters of Public Health from George Washington University. Myrese provides a warm, nurturing environment to discover and explore what people need to improve their health and wellness. She is dedicated to establishing a supportive relationship with clients in a nonjudgmental, compassionate and patient manner. Myrese enjoys working with a variety of people and bring a diversity of interests and perspectives to the table including a specialty in picky and selective eating, mindful mealtime habits and the importance of enjoying food. Myrese's integrative approach to health and wellness, in combination with her background in nutrition and public health, provides a unique foundation to help people build attainable and sustainable lifelong goals.
